Newsletter: Collectia gets new director

I would like to inform you that I will step down from my position as CEO of Collectia on August 1, 2022. Anders Rosenbeck has been appointed as my successor. Anders is an experienced business leader who has worked in senior roles in the financial sector and the IT industry.

Exactly 21 years ago, I joined the Collectia family and started my exciting and challenging journey in the company. I have seen how a small Danish company has grown into an international pan-Nordic IT company with a focus on credit scoring and credit management. We have gone from 50 employees in Denmark to almost 300 employees across our offices in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Germany.

At Collectia, we are committed to running a business based on integrity and respect. Acting responsibly towards our clients, their customers, our employees, the environment and society in general is deeply rooted in the roots of the organization. Our automated, digital, transparent and analytical approach has made us a leading player in our field.

In addition, we have a proprietary leading IT platform, CollectIT/C-Work, which allows us to add more value to our clients and their customers, including faster payments and higher recovery rates.

I will continue to be part of the Collectia Group as a board member and I look forward to still being part of the company's continued growth and success.

Thank you to all our clients across the organization. I am incredibly happy and proud that you have chosen us as your supplier for such an important part of your business.

Welcome to Anders Rosenbeck

Anders holds an MSc in Engineering from DTU and an HD in Financial Management. For the last 20 years, Anders has worked in the financial sector with a focus on business development and technology. Most recently, Anders has been CEO of Tia Technology with insurance companies in 25 countries as customers. The company was owned by the private equity fund EQT and was sold at the end of 2020.

Anders is 52 years old and lives with his wife and two of their three children - the eldest has left home.

"I look forward to joining the Collectia family and building on all that Collectia has accomplished under Christian's leadership. I am very excited about the opportunities and the journey ahead. By continuing to improve our execution, we will deliver great value to our clients, customers and stakeholders as we redefine the future of credit management services in Europe," says Anders.

Anders is looking forward to meeting many of our clients after the summer break.
