Acquisition of Norwegian debt collection company completes Nordic solution

Collectia rounds off the year with an important step in our ambitious expansion strategy. This is the acquisition of the Norwegian debt collection company, Crone AS. We see the acquisition as a unique opportunity to offer our existing customers a Nordic solution. At the same time, we recognize the experience and valuable knowledge that Crone AS has in the Norwegian market. Knowledge and experience that will optimize our collection activities in the Nordic region and thereby provide the best conditions for a successful entry into the new market.

The acquisition allows us to offer a better and broader solution. Customers with cases to be sent for recovery in Norway will experience more attractive terms and an even better service going forward.

Crone AS

Crone has existed since 2015 and today has offices in Oslo, Kristiansund and Trondheim. The company has established itself as a strong player and today challenges the larger players in the market. "By getting Collectia A/S as our partner, Crone's position will be strengthened and gain an even greater foothold in the market. At the same time, Collectia and Crone have similar culture and attitudes. At the time of writing, Crone has 12 employees, and we look forward to welcoming them to the Collectia family, which is growing year by year. With the acquisition, the organization reaches 220 employees.
