Collectia A/S is a Danish debt collection company that every year helps small and large companies with their arrears, collections and debt collection. Since 2015, we have also helped a large number of public and municipal companies and organizations with their collections and arrears.

Municipal and public recovery

Since autumn 2015, when the Danish National Debt Collection Agency's debt collection system, EFI/DMI, was shut down due to serious errors and deficiencies, it has had major consequences for certain public institutions, companies, organizations and authorities - and a lot of extra work for the many people who deal with arrears, unpaid invoices and debt collection on a daily basis.

The high impact, in addition to a lot of extra work for staff, has also meant that the same amount of debt has not been recovered. As a result, there is a deterioration in liquidity.

All information, letters, debt collection notices, reminders, payment and similar correspondence is always available online 24 hours a day via our online portal. Here you can keep track of your cases and the actions taken against the debtor at any time. This makes reporting easy and transparent for you.

We also offer to set up a telephone line that can answer inquiries on your behalf. This minimizes the work with your debtors as much as possible.

At Collectia, we have developed our own debt collection system that makes debt collection easy, fast and cheap for all parties. Our system makes use of the latest technologies, such as e-Boks, mobilepay, SMS and our artificial intelligence (CAI). All of this results in faster collection as we offer the right payment options and communication methods that the individual citizen/customer prefers.
