You can also contact us at info@collectia.dk or by phone at +45 77 40 78 11 and have a complaint form sent to you by post. A return envelope will be enclosed.
When your complaint is received, you will receive a receipt within 3 days of receipt. We strive to respond to your complaint within 30 days from receipt of the complaint.
