Payment

If you have received a letter from Collectia, it is probably because you have an unpaid bill that we are helping a customer to recover.

There can be many reasons why you have not paid your bill. We understand this, of course. That's why we want to help you as much as possible.

Through our case portal, MitCollectia, you can easily and securely get an overview of your debt. You can also make payments, request an installment plan or write to us if you have any questions.

You can pay your debts in the following ways

PBS/NETS Direct Debit

If you have an installment plan with us, you must register your payment with PBS/NETS. You can do this via MitCollectia or by contacting your bank.

If you wish to apply for an installment plan, you can do so via MitCollectia or by calling us at

Card payment

Pay off your debt or set up automatic installments with your payment card. We will send you a payment link via SMS, where you just need to enter your card details.


Pay via MyCollectia or call us

Bank transfer

Settle your debt by transferring the amount via online banking or a bank transfer. Remember to include your case number and name so that we can identify the payment.

Mobile payment (SMS)

With SMSpay, you can get out of debt quickly.

Call us on 77 40 78 80 and ask for a request to be sent to you by SMS.

Giro card

If you have received a letter from us, you can use the attached giro card.

Pay in cash

If you wish to pay your debt in cash, you can go to our reception desk.

If you choose an instalment plan

If you can't pay all your bills at once, you can apply for an installment plan. This allows you to pay off your debt in smaller portions over a period of time until your debt is paid in full.

In your application, you should propose how you intend to settle your debts. Once we have received your application, we will reply to you as soon as possible. It is important that you do not start making payments before your repayment plan has been approved by the creditor.

Once the application has been approved by the creditor, you should register the payment with PBS/Nets to ensure that payments are made on time and that you have an overview of the settlement of your debt.

If you have already paid?

If you have already paid your bill but still received a letter from us, please log in to MitCollectia with your MitID or call us on 77 40 78 80.

You must remember to send a copy of your payment receipt from your bank to info@collectia.dk. We will then contact the creditor as soon as possible and investigate the matter further.

We are of course very sorry if you have received a charge that you should not have received. We will make sure to inform the creditor who has mistakenly passed the case to us and ask them to follow up on where the mistake occurred so that we can avoid similar cases. In general, we do everything we can to ensure that only genuine, undisputed and overdue invoices are passed on to us by creditors.
