As a challenger in a coffee capsule market and in an industry that requires rapid changes to always meet the expectations of the ever-increasing number of coffee enthusiasts who expect nothing but the highest possible quality from Nespresso, the need for an adaptable and proactive credit services provider was paramount.

Neither Axactor nor Collectia covers all Nespresso's Nordic markets, but by implementing a transparent, constructive and close collaboration, the parties have managed to deliver a solution that meets all Nespresso's wishes and requirements for a single Nordic debt collection supplier, where Collectia provides debt collection services in Denmark and Axactor in the rest of the Nordic region.

The reminder process is continuously optimized for Nespresso's customers. This has already in a short time resulted in a visible effect on Nespresso's KPIs; cash flow has increased and this has a positive effect on Nespresso's bottom line. The credit period has been reduced, allowing Nespresso to save both time and money.
