Follow online

At Collectia, our goal is to get your money back. But we understand the importance of our customers feeling safe and informed throughout the process. Therefore, Collectia has developed Denmark's most user-friendly and transparent online platform, better known as Collectia's Customer Web, where you can easily create, follow, comment and update your cases 24/7.

Of course, we also have our online platform MitCollectia for your customers who want to view their debts, communicate with us or pay their debts directly.

PS: If you don't have your invoice in PDF format, you can simply take a picture of it with your mobile phone. Our scanning engine is able to read most file types.
