At Collectia, we use AI-assisted tools to support our credit management services, including models that help assess the likelihood that a debtor will pay. This is used to support our case flow and workflows.

These tools support our employees’ decision-making, and human judgment and oversight remain an integral part of our process. Our use of AI complies with the EU’s AI Regulation and applicable data protection laws.
