We often customize repayment plans that take into account the type of case, past history and the debtor's overall finances - including any other cases. This makes payment both manageable and affordable, so the debt can be settled without undue pressure or stress.

We also provide many different payment options - from MobilePay to bank transfer - so debtors can choose the method they feel most confident and comfortable with.

At Collectia, we treat everyone with respect and see unpaid bills as something that is often due to an oversight or temporary challenge. We want to help debtors get out of debt in the best possible way through competent and professional advice at eye level - and we are happy to enter into installment agreements when it can help.

Technology as support - not replacement
