Newsletter - Christian wishes you a Merry Christmas

2019 has been an exciting and fast-paced year. A year that has consisted of acquisitions, a sea of optimizations and many new colleagues. Last month, we were able to reveal that the Norwegian debt collection company, Crone AS, has become part of the Collectia family.

A milestone in our growth strategy that allows us to offer our customers a Nordic solution and, of course, attractive terms when cases are sent for recovery in Norway.

I am optimistic for the new year, as we enter it with a continued focus on momentum and growth. However, a good and professional experience for our customers will always be our top priority. Therefore, in 2020, we will continue to focus on the customer experience and the development of our many online portals, which our customers use diligently every day.

As always, we have many exciting projects in our pipeline. Projects that I look forward to telling you more about in the new year. I therefore hope that you will continue to stay up to date on Collectia's development via our newsletters.
