New debt collection rates from 1 July 2024

As of today, July 1, 2024, the Ministry of Justice has decided to raise the extrajudicial collection costs for both self- and third-party debt collection.

This change means that all debt collection rates that you were entitled to charge the debtor before this date will follow the old rates. For new cases started from today onwards, the new rates will apply.

It's important to be aware of this change as it affects how collection costs are calculated and charged going forward.
