Dinero accounting program and debt collection with Collectia

If you're self-employed, an accountant or a finance manager, you're no doubt familiar with the frustration of bad payers - many pay late, while a handful may never pay what they owe you. Luckily, there's a lot you can do yourself; send reminder letters, charge interest, reminder fees - but sometimes you need a debt collection company behind you.

With the Dinero accounting program, you have Collectia at your fingertips - and it has probably never been easier to send a case to a debt collection company as with our integration.

Denmark's strongest debt collection company directly in your accounting program

If you are a Dinero user - you are just a click away from Denmark's strongest debt collection solution.

Collectia is among the leading debt collection companies in the Nordics - and especially when it comes to the utilization and use of technology.

With more than 150 years of experience in debt collection, we know the need to utilize every new technology to get your money back. Therefore, we have developed an integration to one of Denmark's leading accounting programs for small and medium-sized Danish companies, Dinero.

Bookkeeping and debt collection has never been easier

Dinero is one of the easiest accounting programs to use if you're a freelancer, self-employed or running a small business. Bookkeeping and invoicing has never been easier, and your accounts are online - without the need to know about debit and credit.

Fortunately, with Dinero, debt collection is just as easy! All you have to do is click:

Sales → Select the invoice you want to send to debt collection → Create a debt collection case.

This function appears automatically when at least one reminder including a collection notice has been sent and at least 10 days have passed.

How much does debt collection through Dinero cost?

As a Dinero user, you get 100% of your principal (the total amount of the invoice) - including your own reminder fees and interest - if Collectia collects all your money in the collection process.

Collectia lives solely on the costs it incurs.

Who is Collectia?
