Experienced leader with a strong vision
Jesper Eiby comes to Collectia Group with many years of experience in leadership positions in both national and international companies. Most recently, he was Group CEO at Group Online, where he played a key role in the company's growth and digital transformation. He has also been CEO at Clio Group, a global software company, and was part of Google's management team in Denmark and Northern Europe.
But Jesper doesn't just bring business with him; he also has a background as a professional handball player. Although his career on the handball court didn't make him the next Mikkel Hansen, he has taken his passion for teamwork and strategic development with him into the business world. His philosophy is simple: Every day we have to be a little bit better than yesterday!

Jesper is 48 years old and lives north of Copenhagen with his wife, Ditte, and their five children. When he's not busy leading Collectia Group, he actively follows both handball and football - sports that have given him a strong understanding of teamwork and strategic thinking. His time as a professional athlete has shaped his ability to lead and inspire others, a skill he brings to his role as CEO.
One of Jesper's characteristic traits is his positive approach to life. He is known for always meeting people with a smile and an optimistic attitude, and he sees this as one of his strongest assets. This approach rubs off on those he works with, creating a work culture of trust and positivity.
