We always recommend that companies use an accounting program such as Billy, Dinero, e-conomic or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and make use of the accounting framework and invoice templates. The invoice in the ERP system is often legally valid and can be designed exactly as you want it - with layout, design and setup.
