How we treat your customers

Many people have prejudices about debt collection agencies and debt collection lawyers, and there's nothing we haven't heard about rumors and prejudices during our 150 years in the business.

However, we see that many people log on to our platform to pay. Here they can also get an easy overview of their debt, apply for an installment plan, sign documents digitally, and chat with us.
