Newsletter - We've given our Customer Web an overhaul!
It is with great pleasure that we can now present you our new and improved Customer Web! In collaboration with our many users and the feedback we received, we have come up with a new platform that can do much more.
Below I have highlighted some of the many improvements you will see in the future.
Improvements
- New dashboard gives a better overview of cases
- Information in tabs at case level is now displayed based on the selected debtor
- Documentation can now be uploaded together with case files
- Shared messages: send the same message on several cases
- Debtor information now appears on the individual payment
- New menu item, Case validation. See the loading status of the cases
- Overview of interest is now presented at case level
- Documentation can now be viewed directly in the browser
- Autocomplete on addresses and CVR/company names at case creation
- Improved search module: Faster searches and more accurate results
- Last search type used is remembered
- In future, updates will be done automatically in the background
- It is now possible to select the correct currency for any reminder imposed
If you want to see the rest of the new initiatives, improvements and fixes, you can read them inside our customer web by clicking on your company name in the top right corner and then on Update history.

Need it a bit faster? Create your debt collection case via your smartphone or tablet in less than 10 seconds!
Simply upload or take a photo of your invoice. Then scanning technology takes over and creates the file for you.
It doesn't get any easier...
